About Get

About us

Get is a leading fibre-based broadband and content provider with 840 employees. We are genuinely concerned with creating the best customer experiences in a constantly more complex media world, and in recent years we have won a number of “test winner” awards for ease of use, innovative products and excellent customer service.

Om Get

Get's customers can stream TV channels wherever they want in the home. Soon they will be able to stream Get TV on tablets and smartphones wherever they want in Norway.

A total of 500,000 homes and business are currently connected to Get's fibre-based network, and more than 1 million private and business customers use our services on a daily basis. More and more people want to connect to our fibre network, and we were the company in Norway with the strongest growth in both broadband and TV in 2013*.

Get's services are provided across different fibre technologies, which ensure customers huge capacity and opportunities for the best experiences – now and in the future. Our customers have access to one of the country's fastest broadband networks, among Norway's largest selection of digital TV channels and a separate film store with more than 6,000 rental titles. All Get customers with broadband can also view TV channels on tablets and smartphones, and also remotely control their Get PVR using the new TV app.

In addition to our own network, we also provide services through 31 regional partners from Hammerfest in the north to Kristiansand in the south. This makes Get Telenor's greatest challenger in Norway, and an important player which contributes to competition in the Norwegian market. We also take an active part in local communities, and support Norwegian sports and young talents by way of various sponsorship agreements.

Get is among the European companies in the industry with the strongest growth, and from year 2000 we have had a double-digit percentage annual growth.
